BarMitzvahFavors.com reserves the right to ship up to 10% over or under the requested amount due to quality control efforts. You will be billed the exact amount shipped.
SALES TAX REQUIREMENTS
BarMitzvahFavors.com is required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered to residents of Florida. Each state's sales tax laws are different, while we do not collect sales tax on deliveries outside the state of Florida you may be required by the state you live in to remit sales tax. We suggest you check with your state's tax bureau for all the applicable laws.
If an order has been imprinted, a cancellation CANNOT be accepted. If an order is not imprinted at time of cancellation, charges will be made only for the production work done on the order at the time of cancellation, with a minimum charge of $50.00 applying. If a blank order is cancelled before shipping there will be no charge. If the blank order is cancelled after the order has shipped there will be a 15% restocking charge plus you will be responsible for the freight charge to have the order shipped to you and the freight to return the order.
ALTERATIONS TO AN ORDER
Every effort will be made to accommodate any changes that are requested. Depending upon when in the process changes are requested additional charges may be incurred. Before the changes are made BarMitzvahFavors.com will notify the customer of the additional charges.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
BarMitzvahFavors.com must be notified of any problems within 3 days of receipt of the order. If the order is not exactly what you ordered or the imprint is not exactly what you approved BarMitzvahFavors.com will either reorder the correct item or give you a full refund. If the item delivered is exactly what you ordered we are not able to accept a return and you will be liable for the full cost of the item. You must receive a Return Authorization number before returning an item. If a blank order is cancelled after the order has shipped there will be a 20% restocking charge plus you will be responsible for the freight charge to have the order shipped to you and the freight to return the order.
All chocolate orders are shipped either 1 or 2 day expedited service. We also pack all chocolate orders in either a foam insulated cooler or with ice packs to insure proper delivery, there is an additional charge for the protective packaging. As long as we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the shipment of any damages or melting we will replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
Due to over/under on the final amount shipped BarMitzvahFavors.com will not have the exact amount of shipping until the product is shipped. Since we use many different vendors if more then one item is ordered there is a good possibility that each item will be shipped separately.
TIME FOR THE ORDER TO BE FULFILLED
Most orders are shipped within fifteen working days after final art approval and are delivered within 5 days after being shipped. BarMitzvahFavors.com will notify you if the time frame for any particular item is longer then the above.
Unless otherwise noted in the item description all items that can be imprinted are imprinted with a one color, one location imprint. If a multi-colored or more then one location imprint is needed, before proceeding BarMitzvahFavors.com will furnish you with a quote for the additional colors or locations.
If a rush order is requested BarMitzvahFavors will notify you of any additional charges including additional shipping charges that may apply and if the time frame is possible to be made. Depending upon the time frame a proof may not be available before the final printing.
BarMitzvahFavors.com accepts Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is processed upon shipment of the order. If an order exceeds $500.00 we require a 50% deposit before we can start an order.
No additional charges will be added without first getting written approval from the customer, with the exception of the shipping costs.
ARTWORK FILE REQUIREMENTS
Digital artwork files may be submitted for orders. Art work that is submitted needs to be black & white vector line art with all text converted to outlines, curves or paths. We can accept Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, or EPS files, in Macintosh or Windows format. The following are unacceptable file formats Powerpoint, CorelDraw, Microsoft Word, Publisher, HTML, GIF, tiff, Photoshop, Quark, PDF or JPG files. We would be happy to put your art into the correct format at no additional charge for all product orders (the base charge of your item ordered) over $500.00. For all product orders under $500.00 an additional charge will apply, we will notify you of the additional charge before proceeding.
BarMitzvahFavors.com will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other party. All credit card info is destroyed once the transaction clears, we do not store any credit card numbers.
LIMITATION OF LIABLITY
With respect to the products sold on this site we can make no representations or warranties, either implied or expressed, including but not limited to the fitness of a product for a particular purpose. The maximum liability to us arising from any product sold on our site shall not exceed the price of the product ordered. Our employees, officers, representatives, or company in no event shall be liable for special indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold.
USE OF TRADEMARKS
The contents of our website including all custom graphics, icons, logos, images, and arrangements are copyrighted material owned by BarMitzvahFavors.com and BatMitzvahfavors.com. Our website may be used for the sole purpose of shopping or placing an order, no other purposes are permitted.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability at the time of order. BarMitzvahFavors.com will never substitute a similar product without getting written approval from the customer.
The minimum dollar amount accepted on any order before shipping is $200.00.
Samples are available on most items, the cost would be the blank price plus a $10.00 shipping cost. Please note we use many different vendors so if you request more then one sample there is a very good chance they will come from different vendors and you will be charge separately for each sample.
